Ferðadagbók í Afríku

During a month-long journey through Kenya and Tanzania, I kept a travel diary in the form of sketches and drawings.
The images were often made on the move — while walking, in the car, or during short stops to take in the view.
The drawings are characterized by speed, yet there is also a certain calm that comes through in the colors and atmosphere.
The subjects varied: breakfast, destinations, people, buildings, landscapes, and the feeling of the surroundings.
